Marlboro, the iconic cigarette brand, underwent a rebranding in late 2014. Along with a complete package redesign, the new product introduced a series of new features related to the cigarette’s filter, the tobacco taste and it’s handling.

As part of the promo activities that supported the build up for the rebranding launch, the Disappear app makes a play with the old package, by utilising augmented reality technology in order to superimpose a marketing message on it’s surface. The animated/video message is viewed through the promoter’s tablet, and is presented live over a real package that the user can handle and manipulate on demand.
