Project Description

Hellenic Postbank’s blog served as a medium for communicating with the bank’s audience and clients, and for the promotion of both new products and services. It also proved to be a very effective platform for showcasing the bank’s corporate social responsibility activities.

The blog helped the bank to keep a bidirectional interaction with its users. Through comments and blog pingbacks, users could speak directly with the brand, and act as brand ambassador by re-using and sharing this content.
